Customer Support

Sonant provides a wide variety of support options for its products. Annual maintenance contracts are available with different support levels to meet your particular needs. A dedicated support team is available for solving crucial issues on a 24/7 basis.

All ClientCall systems come with a Remote Access feature that allows Sonant's support team to perform remote problem analysis, software changes, and system administration from our San Diego facility. A dedicated programming staff allows the support department to respond quickly to any issue, be it a system problem or an upgrade request.
